I'm on the road again this week, in Prague this time. My friend Teresa picked up our box which contained the following:

• Leeks
• Lemons
• Spinach
• Rapini
• Loose Carrots
• Salad
• Mustard Greens

I'll let you know what she does with the box. Had I' been home, I'd have made leeks braised in cream, sauteed spinach (finished with lemon), sauteed rapini (finished with lemon), baked carrot fries, minestrone soup with the mustard greens, and I'd probably give away or compost the salad.
