Must Try Recipes

Two recipes worth passing along:

• Baja-Style Grilled Tempeh Tacos from Veganomicon
• Perfect Margaritas from chow.com

A few items of note:

• The site margaritastexas.com had some useful tips on lime choice as well as other key margarita tips. We opted for key limes and are happy to have done so.
• We used a 1 : 1 : 1 ratio (tequila : lime : orange flavored liquor) for the margaritas rather than the 1.5 : 1 : .5 recommendation.
• We crumbled the tempeh rather than grilling. For those not used to tempeh, this is a more palatable way to go.
• We did saute the agretti with chili flakes, garlic, and lemon juice last night, which served as a great addition to the tacos.
