So far, not so good.
Last night we had the great pleasure of joining some friends for a 25th anniversary party. The set menu included processed foods. I was not about to make a special request or skip eating, so day one had a miss.
Today at lunch I opted for the whole wheat wrap, which included hummus. Two more. For dinner tonight, pizza (without cheese). One more miss.
There's always tomorrow ...
