This week's box not only includes cherries, it includes a lot of cherries. Makes me want to make a cobbler or crisp or pie or something! I'm hoping to make a tomato tart this week or maybe just some oven dried tomatoes to use in pasta. I can't wait to eat the Enterprise apple and the apriums won't likely make it to the weekend.

We also found some yummy samples in our box: dried apricots, cherry chocolate cookies and granola. All of which were quickly consumed. I highly recommend the dried apricots.
