- Sweet Corn
- Tomatoes
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fennel
- Romanesco
- Strawberries
- Scallions
- Red Leaf Lettuce
Strawberries and Mango
Serves 4
2 pints strawberries, quartered or halved depending on size
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/4c ice wine (we used Newport Vineyards, 2002 Vidal Ice Wine)
Trim and dice fruit, toss with ice wine and allow to sit for 30 minutes or so, turning frequently.
