Purple Spring Onions
Red Butterhead Lettuce
This box came on the heels of the big party and just before my trip to Michigan. So I didn't put much thought into it. I passed on to Michelle my portion of beets and dill. The lettuce is waiting in the crisper in hopes of getting eaten by my husband this week. The strawberries were eaten by the girls out of hand as usual.
Wednesday: Turkey Lasagna with Swiss Chard
Thursday: Feta tart with tomatoes and sauteed purple Spring Onion, Salad of Roasted Beets, red onion, dill, and goat cheese.
Friday: Italian Sausage with cannellini beans, Swiss Chard, Purple Spring Onion and Green Garlic.
